Elektra

Most know of the story of Oedipus Rex. However not as many of us have heard the story of his female counterpart, Elektra. When Elektra's father, king Agamemnon, returned from the Trojan War with a concubine, her mother decides it is time to do away with this husband, (by death of course in keeping the sacred vows) and marry another. Elektra and her brother are left angry and afraid they might be next. Elektra's tale is a story of bitterness, revenge, and family bonds as the always epic nature of the greek drama plays its course.
